11. Student Information System (SIS) Data
If your organization uses a student information system integration - We collect the following SIS data for emergency response purposes:
- SIS data is available for accountability and emergency response purposes. We collect the following data: student name, school(s), courses, class schedules, guardian data.
- Access complies with FERPA emergency exceptions
- Outside emergencies, SIS data is accessible only to authorized administrator users.
- Integration provided through Ednition, an ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified partner.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental or school consent. Student data is handled in compliance with FERPA requirements.
